CUSTOMER CARE
1. PROPER WATER BOTTLE STORAGE
  • Always place the bottles in a sheltered & cool area
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
  • Avoid placing the bottles near a stove/ hot area
2. PREVENT WATER BOTTLE CONTAMINATION

We recyle our 10L & 19L bottles therefore we’re against actions that will contaminate our bottles & undermine our water quality.

  • Do NOT pour soap/ other liquids into the bottle
  • Do NOT throw cigarette butt/ any other rubbish into the bottle
3. BASIC CLEANING OF WATER DISPENSER/ WATER PURIFIER

You can do a simple cleaning whenever there are dust, stains/ spills.

How Frequent Should You Clean?

  • Many users & dusty environment? Clean daily.
  • Spilled sweet beverages? Clean immediately.

Clean outer surfaces with a soft damp cloth.

Wipe dust from the back of the dispenser.

Remove the drip tray by pulling it forward. Wipe parts clean with a damp soft cloth.

4. GENERAL SERVICING

On top of the simple cleaning that you do on a daily basis, you can also request for general servicing from us whereby we’ll collect and/or dismantle your water dispenser to clean the internal as well as the external parts. Advisable to do general servicing minimum once a year.

5. WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM

WATER BOTTLE DISPENSER

  • Doesn't need any water filtration system to be installed.
  • Water has undergone multi-stage filtration prior to bottling.

DIRECT PIPING WATER DISPENSER

  • Water filtration system installed (3/4 Stages).
  • Requires a filter change minimum once a year.
6. FILTER CHANGE
  • What Type of Dispenser Requires Filter Change? Only direct piping water dispenser & water purifier.
  • Who Can Change the Filter? Recommended to be done by a technically trained staff.
  • How Frequent to Change the Filters? Depends on usage, location & water dispenser model. Minimum once a year.
  • How to Schedule a Filter Change? Inform us via email/ call.
7. WARRANTY

All water dispensers, water purifiers & water coolers purchased from us includes FREE ONE YEAR warranty.

8. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Give us a call/ email.

We’ll guide you with self-help steps.

Technician will go down to your premises if the problem persists.

On-Site Technicial Support

  • Earliest schedule will be on next working day
  • Additional charges may apply
9. CHANGE/ REPLACE TO A NEW BOTTLE

TOP LOAD/ FLOOR STANDING WATER BOTTLE DISPENSER

Clean bottle cap & neck with a soft damp cloth.
Remove tamper seal on bottle cap. Insert bottle onto the probe.
Apply slight pressure until the plug inside the cap dislodges.

BOTTOM LOAD WATER BOTTLE DISPENSER

Clean bottle cap & neck with a soft damp cloth.

Remove the plastic cap fully. Insert the suction tube into the bottle.

Slide the new bottle into the bottom compartment.

10. LEAKING

TOP LOAD/ FLOOR STANDING WATER BOTTLE DISPENSER

Commonly caused by leaking water bottle & not the water dispenser itself.

Switch off the power & remove the bottle from the dispenser.

Note: Do NOT use the same bottle again.

Dispense 3-4 cups of water from the blue tap & dry up the pointer area using dry cloth/ tissue.

Note: Label leaking bottle & inform us for bottle replacement.

Put in a new bottle & wait for 10 minutes before switching on the power.

BOTTOM LOAD WATER BOTTLE DISPENSER

Includes leaking of direct piping water dispenser, water purifier, water cooler & taps.

Switch off the power & remove the bottle from the dispenser.

Note: Switch off the water valve for water coolers & water purifiers.

Give us a call/ email. We’ll arrange for our technician to go down.

11. WATER NOT HOT / NOT COLD

Check all cables on dispenser are intact & not loose.

Check power switch on the wall & dispenser are switched on.

Check that the hot/ cold switch is switched on.

12. TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS (TDS) & ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER

Total dissolved solids (TDS) is a measurement of the total amount of dissolved inorganic compounds in water. It is determined by an instrument that measures the ability of water to conduct electricity. As the concentration of inorganic compounds increases, water becomes a better conductor of electricity. The test does not determine which specific compounds are in the water, only the total concentration. These instruments will typically display the test results as parts per million. It is normal for tap drinking water to contain inorganic compounds. Typically, these would be calcium bicarbonate, magnesium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate & other possible compounds. These are beneficial minerals that are commonly found in Natural Mineral Water.

Only Reverse osmosis & distiller type systems can remove most of the inorganic compounds in water, which reduces the electrical conductivity of the treated water. Adding an ion exchange resin to reduce the inorganic ions in water can also reduce TDS. TDS instruments are very useful to determine if these types of products are performing well.

Since, activated carbon does not remove most inorganic compounds from water; TDS is not an effective way of measuring the product performance. In fact, carbon adds some trace minerals (inorganic compounds) to the water. As water passes by carbon, trace amounts of some inorganic compounds dissolve in the water. These compounds can be potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate & calcium carbonate. Therefore, activated carbon can increase a measurement of the TDS. This effect is more pronounced with a new filter. As a filter is used this effect decreases over time as these inorganic mineral materials reduce in amount.

The reason that activated carbon makes such a great material for water filters is that it is natural & effective at removing many toxins from the water, such as volatile organic compounds & chlorine, without the use of chemicals or stripping the water of beneficial minerals. Organic compounds do not usually change the electrical conductivity of water; therefore, a TDS meter will not be able to measure them, & hence TDS is not an accurate indication of water quality.
