3. CHANGE/ CANCEL AN ORDER

5. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Additional refundable deposit required to protect our 19L/ 10L bottles against damage, misuse/ loss.

8. DELIVERY LEAD TIME

We’ll try to deliver within 2-3 working days unless during peak period/ public holidays.

**Important Note: Send your order earlier to avoid late delivery, especially during peak periods & public holidays.

9. NO-DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We deliver to locations that don’t require walk up/ climb stairs. Alternatively, you may self-collect at our warehouse on the same/ next working day.

10. DELIVERY CHARGES

We don’t charge any shipping fees if delivery meets the minimum delivery requirements.
